Sport nutrition course Level 2

You may already be a fitness trainer, athlete or even a dieter and want your customers something extra. Diet plays a role that represents 50 percent of the results (or lack of results) that a client or athlete may achieve, and eighty percent or more in weight loss. A sports nutritionist is a person who recommends training and directing athletes towards how to make sophisticated food choices so that they can improve their athletic performance.
